Sustaining Donor

Nehirim is a participant based community that depends on your donations for support. Please consider signing up to become a Monthly Sustaining Donor below.

Today nearly 66% of Nehirim’s budget relies on non-event revenues. To sustain current operations and prepare for future growth, we rely on YOU–returning and new donors to ensure that the spiritual, cultural, religious and social needs of the worldwide LGBTQ Jewish community are met.

We are in the midst of a campaign aiming to raise $25,000 in new donations before December 31, 2014. By becoming a Monthly Sustaining Donor of Nehirim, you can help us reach our target and continue celebrating LGBTQ Jewish life everywhere.

If you are new to Nehirim, (have never received our newsletter nor attended an event) you are a new member. You will immediately see the various giving levels below. After you select your donation level you will begin to be prompted through the directions below, starting at #4.

If you have previously attended a Nehirim event, given a donation or already receive our newsletter, then you are already an “email member” and will see below:

You are already a member. Edit your member profile

1. First, click on the “Edit your member profile” link .
2. Here you will be invited to “Change your Membership Level”. Please choose the sustaining gift level you would like to donate.
3. You will be directed to the levels page to choose your giving level.
4. Next you will be prompted to update your contact information. (You need only fill in the required fields now, but do come back to your profile when it is convenient, so that we can better know you and meet your needs.) Click “Update and Next”.
5. On this next page you will be given the opportunity to view and confirm your information.
6. You will be next directed to your invoice & payments page. Click “Pay recurring invoice.”
7. Your invoice (setting up your recurring donation) is generated on this page and you are given the option to now “Pay Online”.
8. You will now be taken to the Secure Online Payment window, to enter your credit card information and process your payment.
